To open an account you must fill out our online application at www.hookerfurniture.com/dealer-create-account.inc.

To place an order, log into your account and browse for the desired item. Once you've selected the item, add it to your cart and proceed with the checkout process. For upholstery items, please ensure that all customization options, such as fabric and finish selections, are completed. For Sunset West orders, kindly send your request directly to HF Chicago.

Log in to HookerFurniture.com and navigate to "Order Status" to track your order. Here’s what each status means:
Open – In production or being pulled
Allocated – Stock is reserved for your order
Released – Sent to shipping for scheduling
Invoiced – Order has shipped

We are pleased to accept COM (Customer’s Own Material) for the following brands: HF Custom, Bradington-Young, M, and Sunset West. To proceed, please complete the COM forms and provide a small fabric cutting for review. Please note, we reserve the right to decline any COM materials.
